This is just sweet...

 This photo is taken while Ingeborg is tasting the peaces from a wild peach tree in Balaton, Hungary. It was sweet as can be!

 Lots of layers, details and the colors I love!

Buttons and soda can tubs, I love to use that too!

A pop of Sour Apple........

Anyone for some Sour Apple Dazzlerz???  Anyone who know's my creations will know I rarely ever use the colour Red.  I was creating this piece and it just wasn't quite working for me and then out of nowhere I thought "I need something to pop off this page"!!  I looked at my photo trying to find some inspiration and I spotted the little patch of grass (or maybe it's a weed....lol)  just to the left of Kobi on the swing.  I then grabbed the Sour Apple Dazzlerz and it worked an absolute treat.  What do you think??

I have used some transparency in here (if you look close enough) and I just love the effect it gave when I sprayed the Licorice Spritz on top of it, it didn't soak in but dried as it was sprayed!

 

 



Loads of paint flicks and love my super cute bow tie with just a smidgen of Tickle me Turquoise run along the edges.

Texturez and Dazzlerz and Masking

Hello Shimmerz Fans! Shona here today with a layout to share using lots of yummy Shimmerz Texturez and Dazzlerz products. I am in love with both of these new Shimmerz products, they are just perfect for masking and add so much texture to your creations!

Here you can see the shine on the Dazzlerz Spun Sugar.

I added a bit of Texturez Crushed Coral masking as well. The chippys are finished with some Before Dawn Vibez.

I also did a bit of crackle masking with some Dazzlerz Licorice Stick…..don’t ya just love all the fun names too! hehe

Playing with Texturez.

Hello Hello.....
Its an Ed Team day again today, so there is another video for you to sit back and relax with!

I enjoyed this one....I just played!

You might recognise this page I created for the Blog Hop a few weeks back......

Using the humble chap stick as a stamp!  This time I am taking it a step further.  While I was stamping the background circles for this page, I did wonder how cool these would be cut out and applied to a project, with a touch of dimension.

So this is what this video will show.
I will do more videos next week for the mini class series, which will share a few more ideas on using Texturez and Dazzlerz in your projects!

So lets get moving....

Hi Shimmerz fans! Shona here today and I have a layout to share using some of the new Shimmerz Dazzlerz. I am in LOVE with the texture, thickness and shimmer of this product. I have done some masking in the background using Dazzlerz Tutti Frutti and Licorice Stick.

Here are some close ups of this super fun new product! Dazzlerz and Texturz are so thick and just perfect for all your masking in color!

Shabby and Shimmery Tags

Happy Friday everyone!  So happy the weekend is here :)  Today I have some cute and shabby tags to share with you.  I loved making the first one so much with the birdie I just had to whip up another using the same colour palette!

 

Shimmerz products used:

 

Texturez in Crushed Coral

Dazzlerz in Dreamsicle and Spun Sugar

Shimmerz in Tickle Me Turquoise

Vibez in Jeni B Bleu

Spritz in Mango Madness

 

 

With the first tag I dabbed some Shimmerz onto the background.  I applied a little water to the paintbrush and took away some of the colour which in turn gave the watercolour effect.  Using one of the lids off the Shimmerz pots I applied some circles using Dazzlerz in Dreamsicle. 

 

 



I added some embellishments and even the little birdie was painted in Shimmerz.

 

 



The second tag I used a butterfly stamp which I then coloured in with the Shimmerz.  I also stamped the stamp onto a transparency sheet and cut out the shape and coloured aswell.

Hi Shimmerz Ladies! Today I want share with you my last canvas painted with the newst Dazzlerz products. 

I used the Dazzlerz in two different ways: the first one, to color the background mixing together the green, yellow and blue ...

... on the second way I used the pasty consistency of Dazzlerz to create three-dimensional elements.
